I have been using digilocker since long time. It was all good until I updated the app. It did not work after the update even after clearing cache and data. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall. Now it says that it cannot be installed on my device. I am running Android 9 in my phone. I tested it on Android 10, it is found working. All my apps are supported on Android 9. Why such an important app stopped working on Android 9. Tried to raise complaint. Not allowed. It said - Android 9:no support

An amazing app, which once updated stopped working! Why do you need to keep updating app's when it works fine? The only thing that comes up is a message, "App has stopped working, do you want to send a bug report". The app just shows 2 lines, before starting, and it closes automatically. Nothing happens other than the app getting shut automatically.

You broke this perfectly functioning app. The recent updates to the app has made it worse. Each time i access it within a few mins. I get message "unauthorized sign in" and I have to start over. Secondly. All my documents are missing and I have to readd them. Lastly, having dependencies on Digilocker has proven disastrous for me in recent time due to frequent log outs, sign in issues and missing documents. Am back to carrying my documents.
